This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Hello, this is the introduction I guess. I probably won't write very many of these cause I don't care that much about this part. I will reply to comments though, so I won't be a ghost or anything. I have a lot of crap to put on here, and I mean crap in a good way I guess. I may get out some drawings and scan them, but I might not have any. Photos are coming soon...like in ten minutes or so, and the abstracts are already up. Soon my crappy drawings, crap in the bad way, will show themselves. Hahahahahahaa! Yeah. Well I'm also open to suggestion and critiques and what not, so praise, or blam, away at my crap...in a good and sometimes bad way...crap.
What the fuck is up with DA's avatar requirements?
A site devoted to image sharing, and the avatars can only be 50x50 and no bigger than 15kb. At least whenever I try to make a 50x50 jpg, it's 60ish kb. What gives? Am I missing something?
Thanks for the fav, I usually don't have that problem with a jpg, they tend to be really tiny. You could try black and white if you're desperate, but I'd just turn down the quality settings when you make it.
Really? How'd you figure? I'd much rather be on here than, say, Facebook. If anything, this is a much more appropriate community for me. Although for me, I'm noticing that there are four separate camps on the onlook:
#1- The observers: the people that get on just to see the artwork out there. #2- The budding artists: I fall into the later stages of this camp. Basically, the people that haven't gotten their feet wet but are trying to go somewhere with their art. #3- The developed artists: The people on here that put me to shame. Big time. These people motivate me to get serious on my artistic progression. #4- The otaku artist wannabes: These are the people that think art is redrawing their favorite anime characters out of a coloring book.
Because you were so adamant about not joining dA when we brought it up a few years ago saying it would be perfect for you. That's why I thought you wouldn't join and you'd be on RvB forever
Did I say that? Wow, I do not remember. Well, I stopped going on RvB because it ceased to be fun. Plus, I didn't get on at all my final semester due to how busy I was.
